My name is Melinda Thomas, and a young but responsible girl from Holland. I love to travel and wander a lot. I like to meet new people, but I'm also very curious about other cultures and languages. Besides that I love good food, good conversations and laughing together. But sometimes being alone and doing your own thing is as important as socializing.

I already visited so many places all over Europe (and some outside). As I like to travel alone, I am interested in getting to know other people and make friendships all over the world. The next 7 months I will be staying in Italy for study and work. I hope to make some good trips, learn about the Italian culture and meet a lot of new people!

The best thing ever was going on my first (long) holiday outside Europe, when I went to Cuba. I felt so young and got to know myself so well during and after that trip.
