Hello! I'm a 54 years young tree-hugging, water-loving yogini committed to living, loving and growing mindfully with the smallest footprint possible (however I make exceptions when it comes to heat, humidity and the option of air conditioning).

I am kind of a locavore and foodie and always seek recommendations for memorable food, brew, art and music in the community I'm visiting.

I enjoy hiking, camping/backpacking, wild foods and will happily point you in the direction of a good hike (and will join you if I can).

I work full time in the environmental field and also practice massage on a part-time basis.

I couchsurfed when I was traveling across the country and it was a fun way to get a feel for different communities. I am glad to finally have a comfortable space that I can offer to travelers and I look forward to hosting and getting to know surfers from every corner of the world, from near and far.
