Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a solo traveler, I’m looking for a more authentic travel experience in order to really get to know the place I’m in. I'm a firm believer in the phrase that a place/experience is only as special as the people it's shared with :) I love cooking meals together, seeing your favorite local spots, surfing together, sharing good conversation over coffee, tea, or wine, and learning about life with you!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've created a life for myself where I'm able to prioritize my passions of travel and seeing the world with connecting with people from around the world in order to better understand where we come from and how we are all connected and much more similar than we think.

After being stuck in Bali during the pandemic, my whole life changed. I became a full surf addict, yoga teacher, and lover of the simple island life. I now lead surf and yoga retreats and it still feels hard to believe it’s real!

Teach, Learn, Share

I’m always open to improving my Spanish so am happy to practice at any time. I taught myself how to play the guitar so am always down for buddies to jam with. I’ve studied a bit of permaculture and am on a mission to get my hands in the soil and cook more so am happy to help out in the garden or kitchen whenever possible. Also always down to go for a surf and explore the local surf spots with a local :)
