Hello! I am Melis Deniz Uyanık but you can simply call me as Melis. I am 22. Normally, I am studying Industrial Engineering at Atılım University in Ankara and I am in 3rd grade. But currently, I am studying at the Lublin University of Technology as an Erasmus student in Poland for 5 months which I believe that this will be a really good experience for me. I think two of the best ways of learning are experiencing and not to afraid of trying new things. That's why I am traveling. I am experiencing new cultures, new languages, new kinds of music, new clothes, new foods and especially new people. It is really good when you understand that you are able to communicate with people in different countries. It is like a feast atmosphere. We are creating an emotional bond. We can have very nice friendships :)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Because I want to learn about the cultures in their places. I really want to meet people that I may be able to talk about their cultures, rules, history... That's why I am an Erasmus student. For now, I am exploring Poland but my exploring will never end. Here, why I'm on Couchsurfing :)

I really enjoy listening to rock music but I'm listening to every kind of music that sounds good.
My favorite movie is "Interstellar" as you can see I'm interested in the sky and I love sci-fi movies.
And my favorite book is "One Day", also there a movie about this book.
