Grew up living in two cultures, Germany and Lebanon, and I feel closely linked to both of them - can feel 'at home' in almost any place - Don't like to start my days without a bowl of Muesli and freshly chopped fruits - espresso - always genuinely smiling - fun-and-life-loving person - honest - energetic - loyal friend - became a sister at 25 for the second time - adore both of my brothers - can't stand or sit still when I hear good music - Oriental/Latin-American rhythms - love the sounds of the saxophone and the violin, only play the piano (so far ;-) - colorsColorsColorsPrintsAndPatterns - popping of wine corks - no beer but whisky, my beloved sin - theater, opera, ballet - foreign languages-freak (can't get enough!) - some languages simply make my heart melt - sports/physical activities: volleyball, soccer, tennis, jogging, ski - SKI - adrenaline-junkie at times - have no facebook- Whaaat?! How do I survive?!-Well. Very well :-) - sarcasm, dark humor - live consciously in all facets of life - enjoy cooking (not so much baking though) - don't eat seafood which makes my dad doubt that I'm his real daughter - there's nothing like the Lebanese cuisine (or teach me else) - strolling through fresh/organic food markets - bookworm - I really do love life. My life. I am happy.
NeverLand: Strive forward, never settle for less than what you want in life. Stay curious.

Absolute taboos: Racism, violence, discrimination, hypocrites and German dubbed movies.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I believe that getting to know a city or country through the eyes and way of life of a local is the best thing one can do when travelling.
Also, I like to use couchsurfing as a means of escaping the indolence of everyday's routine as in: to spice up my precious life.
And mostly, I always fancy meeting new people, sharing our stories and great memories because these are the things that shape us and will stay for a lifetime.
