We are Melissa (29) and Robin (25), two happy travellers who left job and apartment to live a nomadic life around the world. We start our journey in March 2015 with 2 years in Australia and South East Asia. Since beginning of 2018, we start a flight less travel from Norway to New-Zealand. We are interested in meeting people and sharing experiences and stories. We love cooking our own creative recipe as much as French recipe. We are outside people and love hiking into the wild. We are curious about discovering new places, different culture: basically we want to live local !
We try to find our way in this world and on earth, every day we try to act ethically and respectfully.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While our travel we use a lot airbnb instead of hostel because we would like to meet local people and find a place where we feel like home. Some people welcomed us so well and this lives now in our memory as the best moment of our travel so, we want to keep living that kind of awesome experience by couchsurfing.

Every day is an opportunity to learn ! Meeting people with couchsurfing can be this opportunity: share knowledge or teach basis of languages or yoga (Mélissa really really wants to learn yoga !) for exemple. We considerate ourselves as learner in this life.

Apéro ! A french traditional moment shares before lunch or dinner, really pleasant, when we chat about our lives, society, politics, environment, creativity or just ideas popping in our heads... Stories and good laugh we hope !
