About Me
HI! I'm an actor and teaching artist. I'm American, but I live in Strasbourg, France right now. I'm new to Couchsurfing, but I was an Air BnB host for several years while I was in graduate school (happy to share that profile since I’m so new here), and I loved that experience. I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and learning from them. I’m still in contact with a few guests I really connected with.
Before living in Strasbourg I lived in Washington, DC. I've also lived in South Carolina, Atlanta, and traveled extensively for work.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Honesty is good, right? I think so. My husband and I misunderstood the impenetrable maze of French immigration policy and it turns I do, after all, have to come back to Washington, DC to finalize a visa. I'm looking at this as a great opportunity to eat some American food. It will be the most expensive Shake Shack ever. :)
My partner and I live in Strasbourg, a very central part of Europe, and I’d like for Couchsurfing to become a thing for us.
