Music, Movies, and Books
I hate to give the cliche answer " I love all different kinds of music" but it's true! I love country, jazz, funk, alternative rock, folk. Current playlist includes Chris & Thomas, the lumineers, local natives, and passion pit.
I enjoy reading and have a bad habit of starting way too many books at one time. I enjoy both fiction an nonfiction but tend I buy more nonfiction. Currently I'm reading 'the San Francisco earthquake,' and 'catch 22'
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Wow, how to narrow it down to amazing things done/seen!? Sometimes the littlest things can be the biggest! I've Laughed with friends at the sunset festival in key west, and held hands with my grandmother at the Eiffel tower. As a nurse I've seen babies born and cried with families who have lost the person they love most. I find it impossible I define a singleinstance as amazing but believe instead that life is one big adventure of ups and downs.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to learn about new areas and cultures which is why I started travel nursing. I am open to trying new things and learning. I would love to learn more about edible plants for wilderness survival, how to do a backflip into water, native American culture, scuba diving, how to dance(better), and farming.
I am happy to share my music, knowledge of gardening, and love of cooking. (I make a rockin smoothie)
