ABOUT ME

I'm Melissa. I studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina and met most of my friends there playing Ultimate Frisbee (vamos Aqua!!!!). That is also where I met my husband, Andres, but everyone calls him Chapy. I love the beach and the water in general and Chapy loves sports of all forms. We love people with buena onda. We both want to get to know the world y la buena gente!!! . Wow I have been on couchsurfing for a long time! Since I wrote this profile, we have moved a couple of times and had a beautiful baby.
We really want to see the world and experience new things together. I love the world so I will do what I can to keep it healthy. Including saving water, recycling etc.
One of my favorite things to do is meet new people and make new friends.

We are both surfers and hosts. Please couch request us only if you have references.
Please note: weekend requests are preferred since we host to meet new people and we are generally not available during the week.

I enjoy all types of activities. One of my favorite things to do is dance. I also teach Zumba classes on top of my day job to share my love of dance. If there is music, you can count on me to be dancing, or at least wanting to. I love taking naps also... As mentioned earlier I love to swim too. Chapy enjoys all kinds of sports and loves movies. If every trip could involve going to every soccer stadium, my husband would be completely content. We also love to do everything to make our little one smile.

We have been couchsurfing and hosting for years. We love it when surfers help out with little things that make our life easier and more comfortable like washing our dishes when they are around or cooking a meal for everyone. So we plan on treating our hosts the same way we like to be treated to these little moments of freed up time.
