ABOUT ME

i love great music, great food, and great movies & books. i can't wait to get out of this country and do some traveling. my first trip: costa rica to learn to surf. i also want to ride a motorcycle across the country since i've or up the coast of california. my next trip is italy. i have learned some italian in college and have always wanted to visit the beautiful country! greece is also a must, but there are many other places i want to visit as well. i'm pretty easy to talk to and enjoy meeting new people!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i am willing to host couch surfers if i can and hope to do some couch surfing of my own in the future. i would definitely meet up for some coffee or to show someone around ann arbor.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i've met a few couch surfers through my roommate, whitney. one friendly couch surfer was kind enough to take us out for dinner and some great conversation. another joined us for a movie marathon and played some music for us on the guitar. :)

movies: the darjeeling limited, juno, life aquatic with steve zissou, rushmore, love me if you dare, a very long engagement, life is beautiful, the tiger and the snow, little miss sunshine, the edukators, and lots of other movies. movies are great.
music: i really love music. i have many favorites but minus the bear is my favorite favorite band.
books: i wish i read more. roald dahl when i was younger, esp. matilda and charlie and the chocolate factory. oliver sacks. john irving esp. a prayer for owen meany, the world according to garp, and the cider house rules. life of pi, the time-traveler's wife, i capture the castle, great expectations, marley & me, into thin air, into the wild, and always looking for a good book.
