ABOUT ME

Well, I'm a student, living in Montréal. I study law. I'm interested in many things, mostly I like to try new things! I think this is the best motivation for traveling, how can somebody travel and expect to find everything they use to have home? I'm looking for the exact opposite, I want things to be different, food, ambiance, transportation, way of living... Also I like to discover about the local culture and make friends :) I believe it's possible to meet again the people we met traveling, and even if we never see each other again, the precious moments stay. Ah! The question was description of me! haha I'm a positive person, I see the good side of things, but I try to be down to earth. I like conversation and I'm very curious. I like to laugh! I think I have a good sense of humor too ;)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now my life is way too busy to be able to host anyone properly, but my home is open during the summer :) And I'm definitely looking for meeting people all year long.

While traveling, my biggest motivation is to meet people, create friendships, exchange, have fun, discover !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was introduced by a friend of mine I met while traveling in Asia, but sadly I didn't get to use couch surfing much, my first experience was in Los Angeles in April and I really enjoyed it. It was a great experience and it made my trip so much better. I think the best trips depend on the people we meet.

Interests

I'm interested in learning how to cook and learn traditional dance and music. I want to go to local places, try local products.

I like drawing, this is my main occupation when I'm not in my school books. I go to the gym, hang out in coffee shop and read, discover news bands in local bars, get lost somewhere, pretend to be someone else with strangers...

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly watch musicals and animations because I'm a kid at heart and it makes me happy. I also love author movies because it's so much more than advertisement. I loved every movies from Hayao Miyazaki and Wes Anderson.

My favorite author is Eric Emmanuel-Shmitt, an incredible french writer.

The music I'm listening to hindy, electronic, folk music, I usually put some playlist on Songza.com ... I also love music from the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Thailand, but instead of visit the country like any normal person, I went to a Muay Thai camp for 6 weeks! Dang that what challenging haha

Teach, Learn, Share

I know french! I'm good at giving love advices! I'm good at making everything a special event. I'm a good learner and a good listener. I enjoy to try new things and I'm very grateful every time somebody takes some time to teach me something. I'm also generous of the things I know.
