ABOUT ME

I am a frustrated traveler. Somehow life has steered me down a path of not-so-much travel. I've done lots of small trips around California and neighboring states, but my dream is to live in Europe.

Having a child, and a grandchild, is going to make the move a little tougher.

In the meantime I continue to develop my jewelry design business and the skills needed to become a travel writer so that I can work overseas without a work permit.

When not focusing on the above I read anything by Terry Pratchett. Some I've read more than once. He is a master with words and always makes me laugh out loud.

Music, Movies, and Books

Terry Pratchett writes the funniest, most thought-provoking books. I laugh outloud every few pages!

I love any music with a strong beat and some dynamics, which excludes most classical, rap, and opera.

The Matrix, Delicatessen, A Night on Earth, The Net, Silverado, Clay Pigeons, In Brugge, and Tombstone are the movies that come to mind first. Also love all The Thin Man movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first time I put a single seed into the soil and a few months later had more tomatoes than I could eat or share. Amazing.
