I quickly found amongst my travels so far, that its difficult to fully understand a culture without a local guiding you... Which is why I'm on couch surfer, so I can spend time with a local who could hopefully show me around, or give me a few tips and tricks on how to fully immerse myself into their culture. I'm also, of course, wanting to meet new people and like-minded people

Simply just getting on the plane and leaving my home country alone. I never would have met the amazing people I know today or seen the things I've seen. and so far its been an incredible journey.
