Overview
About Me
My life plan: ideally die in 75 years old, with the first 25 years learning, the middle 25 years traveling around the world, and then pick a place I found during the trip, stay and write what I learned during the past 50 years.
My philosophy: Live at the present, because eventually, you can't own anything - all that you can do is to keep trying, harvesting, feeling, and letting go.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Original because I was a poor student and I thought “Great! Free stay!”
And then CS proved and provided me much more than that. I gained rich cultural exchanges, touching stories, friendships and love here.
Some of the hosts/surfers are still friends with random chats now. I’m really grateful.

Music, Movies, and Books
Folk songs are poems with melodies.
I run an online reading club :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Helped a Poland girl who stayed at my house, to find an old Chinese man who used to be her grandma’s pen pal (possibly with romantic emotions involved :) 50 years ago - a sequel to a Soviet-era story. You know what? With only a name, I did it!
Teach, Learn, Share
Basically everything new is attractive for me. And teaching and learning is both sides.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Chinese dishes
A lot of stories
