About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to have fun and adventures across South America
ABOUT ME
After university I lived in Spain for 5 months, then came back to London where I´ve been living and working ever since in various charities/NGOs. Always been trying to fit in interesting holidays as much as I can, but have now jacked everything in to properly travel around South America for 6 months or so. I enjoy speaking spanish and am trying to speak lots during my trip.
I´d say I´m pretty relaxed and easy-going (some might say too much), quite independent, sometimes can be a bit cynical, sometimes a bit sharp-witted, sometimes a bit dippy. I have a slightly unhealthy nostalgia for all things 80s, but maybe that´s not something to boast about to people I don´t know.
I try to live a bit eco-consciously and treat others as I would want to be treated myself, but above all don´t take myself too seriously.
PHILOSOPHY
Better to regret something you have done than something you haven´t.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have done language exchange meet-ups before, but I am very new to the couchsurfing community. When I finish my own grand tour of Souh America I´ll be pleased to welcome fellow couch surfers to my place in South London
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None yet, but I hope that will change soon!
Interests
Cinema - especially independent and foreign films, music and going to concerts, watching comedy, drinking, travelling, meeting new people (sorry it´s a cliche I know!). Also like cooking and above all, eating good food

Music, Movies, and Books
I´m not very good at compiling lists of favourite things, I guess because I´m pretty indecisive (though I´m working on it!). I like the usual classics like Bob Dylan and Prince, I also like indie/guitar stuff, hip hop, electronic stuff - a bit of everything really. I also have an unhealthy amount of music on my ipod that others would probably class as `guilty pleasures´, though I prefer to call it being open-minded...
Teach, Learn, Share
Um...not feeling very skilled at the moment, but am always happy to do a bit of a language intercambio English - Spanish or any other language
