ABOUT ME

I'm always up to discover anything new which make me feel surprised like a little child. That's why I just love to wander in my city, because there is always something new to discover in a place you think you know so well, and this really makes my day! :) I also tried a lot of things to see what it is like, like playing on a didgeridoo, sitting on the head of an elephant, meditating 10 hours a day during 10 days in silence, smoking a cigar, milking a goat, eating insects (although i'm a vegetarian), tapdancing,...

I like dancing tango once in a while, to feel the soft warm wind in spring or summer caressing my face while driving my bicycle, to listen to silence, to try to obtain more unity in body & mind and with the world around me.

PHILOSOPHY

If all the days look alike, it's because we don't see the good things anymore that cross our life daily.

A turtle can tell more about the route than a hare.

Under pressure everything gets flat.

Dare.

Being free of wishes leads to inner peace.

教，学，和分享

I love learning new languages and use the languages I can speak already (I'm brushing up my Russian and still would like at least to learn Portuguese). Would love to help others improving one of the languages they are still learning to speak and which I speak of course.

I can offer a basic zen shiatsu relax treatment.

For the moment I'm helping immigrants building a new life in Belgium: very interesting to share multicultural experiences with people who come from all corners of the world. SO if you have any question about Belgium or Antwerp: I'm the (wo)man with (most of) the answers!

What else to share? Enjoying together the moment itself and contemplate together 'life'.
