HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been in the San Diego Couch Surfing community on and off depending on where I'm at. Lots of friends and friends of friends have crashed on my couch, though it hasn't necessarily been through Couch Surfing. It's all in the spirit of couch surfing though!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was on my friend's couch back in 2011 for 3 weeks before we finally realized I should just move in!

I'm super into spirituality, art, culture and environmentalism.

In my free time I like to paint, play music, meditate and study languages.

I also love to dance, party, laugh and travel- who doesn't?

Music- Bass- particular medicinal bass, indie, hip hop, dub, minimal or funky electronic music, blues, jazz- I dig it all...

Movies/TV- I enjoy foreign films, documentaries (i.e. exit through the gift shop; radiant child), and movies adapted from books... nowadays if I do tune in, it's to Netflix more often than not- I looooove Next in Fashion, Queer Eye and spooky cinematic stuff like Altered Carbon.

Books- love, love, love to read- I'm pretty into sci-fi and fantasy. More often than not, gulp...I'm reading manifestation and mystical books from the mid 20th century. Neville Goddard, Florence Schoville Schinn, Wheel of Time, Game of Thrones, The Night Circus, Journey to Ixtlan

Backpacked around the world for 3 years from 2007-2010. Traveled to nearly 40 countries since '98. Burning Man a few times.
