Vegetarian. Pancakes and Nutella lover. Quiet person and good listener. I like nature, hiking and mountains. If there is an option to go to the mountains or to the beach, I will for sure choose the first one. I like to take pictures (mostly portraits) with my camera.

I'm a Bachelor of Computer Science. During my studies I went to Erasmus+ Study Exchange program to Porto and to Erasmus+ Traineeship in Faro. Overall spent 1 year in sunny Portugal ☀️ After that I joined volunteer organization Erasmus Student Network. Currently I'm working in IT field and in my free time volunteering in 2 non-governmental organizations. Also in my free time I'm going to the dance classes, yoga and to the gym 🧘🏻‍♀️ And travel, of course. Have been to 25 countries so far.

My native language is Russian, but as long as I live in Latvia, I consider Latvian language as my second native. Also I know English and can understand simple Portuguese, because of my Erasmus experience. I'm trying to learn it at the moment, so let's see how far I will get :D

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I like meeting people with different backgrounds. The most important thing for me while travelling, is to meet locals, because it is the best way how to discover more about the place. That's why in my trips I always try to connect with someone from that place, to have some coffee/walk together or just to ask for some recommendations or hidden gems.

兴趣

My biggest interest and hobby is photography. Most of all I like and enjoy doing portrait photos, I have a diploma for passed courses and had the internship in photography studio. I also enjoy yoga and dancing.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I am afraid of open water and don't know how to swim.. so one day I went surfing 😀 It was rather stressful than fun, but I was very proud of myself afterwards that I overcame my fear and did it.
