Hello! We’re Zack and Mercedes, married and living in lovely Adelaide, SA. Zack is Australian and Mercedes is American. We have a small gym personal training business and Mercedes is a homemaker primarily, but also does admin for the business. We enjoy travel- Zack has explored Australia and Bali, Mercedes has explored 26 of the US states, and all the countries listed at the very bottom. We travel to the US, Japan, Singapore, and Indonesia this Dec/Jan. We also enjoy oreo ice cream, beautiful nature, and learning! We favor getting out of our comfort zones, and appreciating the little joys of life

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Was a non-profit summer camp leader for kids in Maine who come from a background of economic hardship. Not a typical camp! It was more of a struggle to my surprise, than enjoyable, but I went there for the kids, and stayed for the kids. The laughter, silly and joyful moments with my campers made it absolutely worth it (Mercedes)

Scaled a personal training business where I’ve helped over 150 people lose weight, build muscle, get out of pain, and transform their health, fitness & mindset! (Zack)
