HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

The CS project had created a wonderful way to learn about new cities. I just moved to Sydney. I live in share house so don't have a couch to offer at the moment but would love to connect to new comers to the Sydney or long time residence who would like to explore.

I love yoga and all that it encompasses. I am interested in practicing yoga and meditation with other people. I like to hike, climb swim and be outdoors.
I love dancing day or night, especially in the rain.
I like to relax and talk with old and new friends over coffee or tea.
I love trying new food.
I am open to new experiences so just ask.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have done some traveling with my family and some alone. For my first big trip alone I went to South Africa for three months and voluntered at a rehabilitation center and a clinic. It was an amazing experience and got to meet some great people.
Last year I went to India to learn more about Yoga and meditation. I really enjoyed learning about Yoga in this setting as the teaching style and focus of the practice was so different from what I have experienced in Canada. The Yoga was very focused on preparing the body for pranayama and meditation.
This year I am heading to Peru and Ecuador with my sister.

I am a physiotherapy student so would love to connect with other active friends. Always keen to go for run, hike, or climbing gym. Happy to show people some good trails or try out new ones together. I am new to Sydney but would love to try some outdoor sports.
