COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new to CS, but I'm so excited to be here! I've heard great things about the community from friends who have participated, and I'm looking forward to meeting a lot of wonderful people. I'm just surfing for now, but when I get settled in New Orleans, I'll definitely make a couch available!

Interests

Whiskey, wine, craft beers, having a good time. I like to talk politics, but I'm not an ideologue. And I'd rather talk about books anyway.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm not going to forget being the only non-Muslim at a Friday prayer service in the largest mosque in Ethiopia any time soon--it was one of the best, most humbling experiences of my life, and there's a great story there. Ask me about it.

I've lived in some very different areas of the United States, so if you want to hear about both the White House (I worked as a journalist in Washington) and the prairie (grew up in Texas and went to school in Oklahoma), I'm your girl.
