Kia Ora! My name is Merenia Hudson, and I'm a third year student in Wellington, New Zealand, studying Development Studies and Media Studies :)
I'm 19 and grew up in the world's sunshine pocket, Whakatane, and I find myself constantly trying to get back to rivers, beaches, and beautiful people/communities that are akin to the ones that raised me.
I am also a part of leading a community of young adults dedicated to using their time and talents for justice and becoming ambassadors of reconciliation in an unjust world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I heard of couchsurfing through really good mates who would always host lovely and interesting people at their home in Wellington, NZ. This June, these same mates and I are travelling to Barcelona for the Primevera music festival.
Around this time, I'll likely be checking on Portugal and Copenhagen :)
