I love to travel and experience new cultures and meet new people. I try to travel as little like a tourist as possible, this is why I love couch surfing to stay with locals. :) I am a yogi and rock climber and many other things but I'm not supposed to write a book here.

I prefer a few drinks with good company and conversation over the party scene.

I am very passionate about sustainability and increasing environmental stewardship. I'll have an engineering degree in the next few months but I'm not sure at all what I'll do with it. I just want to study yoga and teach people how to connect with themselves and in turn connect with everything else living around them. When we are more aware, we take better care!

I love to meet new people and get shown around a new place by the locals. I enjoy experiencing new places and learning of the best hole in the wall local restaurants. I also enjoy visitors and love to show people around to the best local places only Ann Arbor has to offer.

Hiked to the highest peak on Elba Island of Italy to catch the sunset and then spent the night on a helicopter landing pad underneath the stars waiting for the sun rise.

I very much love being a host, I haven't yet officially hosted a couch surfer but I have hosted many friends in my home while passing through for a few days or even longer stays while in between homes. I have a wonderful space for my guests and love making them feel so much at home! I love having an open door and open home for anyone to feel welcome. It was the way I grew up. Before couch surfing with the internet and technology my father was a "pioneer couch surfer" :). When I was young we were hosted by fellow friends and travelers my parents had met all around the world throughout their lives.
