About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Make amazing beer. Share it with people.

ABOUT ME

My wife and I are in our upper twenties. We are both very easy-going and friendly people. We are opening a brewery together in the GR area.

PHILOSOPHY

"The problem, often not discovered until late in life, is that when you look for things in life like love, meaning, motivation, it implies they are sitting behind a tree or under a rock. The most successful people in life recognize, that in life they create their own love, they manufacture their own meaning, they generate their own motivation. For me, I am driven by two main philosophies, know more today about the world than I knew yesterday, and lessen the suffering of others. You'd be surprised how far that gets you." - Neil deGrasse Tyson

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I like all kinds of music, but I tend to listen to metal, indie rock, & folk the most. I also love good hip-hop, R&B, classical, country, electronic, and really anything out of the box... I love Tom Waits! I have a decent record collection that keeps growing every month.

Movies: I love sci-fi, fantasy, drama, & documentaries.

Books: Currently reading American Sour Beers. I mostly read beer books and sci-fi/fantasy... Ray Bradbury, Stephen King, Kurt Vonnegut, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cave diving/sinkhole swimming in Mexico. We spent two days adventuring in Mexico, and we eventually ended up at a limestone sinkhole near Chichen Itza. There, we dove into a terrifyingly deep hole full of crystal clear water, and thousands of fish.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a lot of knowledge about craft beer and brewing.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Beer & good times. I have a very flexible schedule, so I'm always down to show people around town.
