ABOUT ME

An optimistic scientist! I enjoy cycling round town and meeting up with friends to drink beer (maybe whisky) and pontificate on the world. Living in London, i like to make the most of the art galleries/museums and think i can make at least a poorly informed comment on mostly everything. I enjoy sharing and listening to stories and for that I love travelling round the world (India/Cuba is my favourite destination so far). I think its important to try and experience a bit of the local life rather than just pass through ticking boxes.

I have couchsurfed once in Washington D.C. and had a most excellent time. Will stay in contact with hosts and hoping to get more involved with the community!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have slept on many sofas before. These are like couches, only English.

In my free time i like to go on bike rides, play squash or football, waste time on the internet, maybe a run, aspire to be cultural by reading good books (classics interspersed with tripe), listening to music, thinking about how to fix the world and trying to cook something different.
