I do my best to live up to my name! I've got a positive outlook on life and I hope that rubs off on other people :)

I was working for a digital agency in London (doing User Experience Design and illustration whenever I could!) but am currently on a year's sabbatical with my boyfriend Frank and we are doing what we love: travelling the world. My favourite place to travel to previously was South America but I'm always keen to explore new places and meet new people as I go.

I couchsurfed for the first time when I was in New Zealand last year and it was so wonderful that I'd love to do it again on this trip.

Hice couchsurfing por la primera vez cuando estuve en Nueva Zelanda el año pasado y era tan maravilloso que me gustaría hacerlo otra vez durante este viaje.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet and learn from other people and see a place from a local's perspective. Frank and I also think it's important to mix things up a bit with where we're staying so we can make connections with people we otherwise might not meet.

Hoping to host people when I'm back in London and repay the favour!

Interests

Lots! I love food - cooking it, eating it and trying new things out. I also draw quite a lot and really like taking photos on film. I love being active and outside, running, hiking, swimming, climbing.... I'm currently learning to surf so any tips welcome!

Music, Movies, and Books

Musicwise I mostly go for house/techno/triphop, but I also love soul and disco - perfect for dancing.
I like most movies and books, although not a big horror or gore fan. That said, I'm always open to recommendations :)
