About Me

Hi beautiful souls 🌻

I’m a very free-spirited, unconventional, warm, and caring person. I’ve often been told I have a natural ability to hold space — especially for deep, raw, and vulnerable emotions. I love diving into meaningful conversations about life, healing, relationships, and the unseen threads that connect us all. I simply cannot stay on the surface — my soul craves realness, truth, and connection.

I thrive in heart-centered human connection, but also in the quiet company of animals, flowers, and trees. If I don’t feel appreciated or connected in a space, you’ll probably find me off somewhere petting a dog, talking to a plant, or simply leaving. I’m not afraid to be alone — I’m deeply independent — but when I do find kindred spirits, I hold them close to my heart.

I’m a yoga and meditation teacher, aerialist, and pole dancer — I live through movement and creation. I’m deeply spiritual, living in sync with the universe and its signs, and magic is a very real part of my life. I don’t drink or do drugs, and I try to eat in a way that nourishes both body and spirit — mostly healthy vegan and vegetarian food, with a strong love for Ayurveda.

I don’t travel to escape — I travel to learn, to connect, to understand different ways of living. I avoid tourist hotspots, bars, pubs, clubs
and malls, preferring instead to eat local, stay local, and get to know the real culture — their stories, habits, and spirit. India and Berlin are two places that have shaped me in deep ways and hold a special place in my heart.

One thing I love is asking good questions — the kind that open space for reflection, not judgment. I’m not here to fix anyone, just to listen with genuine curiosity. If you feel like you need to share something you’ve been holding in, know that I’m someone who will listen — without pressure, without judgment.

I’m grateful for any chance to connect with others who live from the heart, in tune with the earth, and in love with life’s mysteries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

first joined Couchsurfing because I absolutely loved being a host. It brought me so much joy and a deep sense of purpose to offer a safe, welcoming space — especially for solo women travelers. I felt like I was contributing something meaningful, and I was genuinely happy to be a safe haven where others could rest, feel at ease, and enjoy their journey.

Now, I’m on Couchsurfing also as a traveler. I would love to be hosted by people who share a similar way of seeing and experiencing life — people who are open-hearted, grounded, respectful, and not living in fear of being taken advantage of. I seek connection, not just accommodation.

I’d love to get to know you as a host. What’s your favorite spot in the city? Where do you go when you need peace? Which cafés or places bring you joy, creativity, or calm? What kind of art speaks to you? These are the things I want to explore when I travel — not tourist traps, but the local heartbeats of a place.

Truthfully, I still prefer hosting over being hosted — it’s where I feel most at home. I hope I will have the opportunity to host again soon, because I deeply miss it. But sometimes, I also need to be a Couchsurfer. This role is a little more vulnerable and challenging for me, but I trust that I’ll connect with the right people. And I truly look forward to the beautiful exchanges that can unfold.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies used to be a significant part of my life, but in recent years I’ve transitioned more into audiobooks and reading. Still, some films have left a deep emotional imprint on me:
• Titanic – I cry every time I see it. The love story breaks my heart.

• Midsommar – The failure of human connection in this film is almost unbearable to watch — deeply disturbing and thought-provoking.

• The Shining – Stanley Kubrick’s visual style left a lasting impact on me. It’s haunting and brilliant in equal measure.

There are many more, but sometimes the titles slip away until they’re brought up in conversation. So if we end up talking about movies, I’d love to dive deeper and explore what we both remember and feel.

As for books — Slaughterhouse-Five by Kurt Vonnegut stayed with me long after I finished it. There’s something profound in its absurdity and truth. I’ve also read countless spiritual and self-help books — Heal Your Body by Louise Hay is a classic that offered me comfort and clarity at a time when I needed it.

I consume a lot of art, and to be honest, much of it doesn’t leave a deep mark — perhaps because it’s not mine, or I can understand it intellectually but don’t feel it emotionally. When something does resonate, though, it stays with me for life.

Let’s talk more about books and art — I’m sure more memories will awaken when the right conversation unfolds.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Teaching Yoga and Meditation to those in need

Teach, Learn, Share

I believe we all have the right to express ourselves fully — without guilt, without shame, and without fear of being judged. And even if others do judge, that’s not a reflection of you, but of where they are on their journey.

If you feel like you’ve been silenced — by society, family, or even your own inner critic — I can guide you toward expressing your truth. I can help you assert your needs, desires, and boundaries with confidence, not guilt. I can support you in feeling more free — in your mind and in your body.

Together, we can move, dance, laugh, share experiences
and play. Through yoga, laughter, and spontaneous joy, we can reconnect with the child within — the one who still believes in magic, who stops to smell flowers, who pets every dog on the street, who craves real connection and authentic expression.

I live by this philosophy. It’s not just something I read — it’s something I practice. And because I live it, I feel I can offer it genuinely to others too.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My energy, presence, wisdom and warmth!

A Gentle but Important Note 🙏

I want to be very clear that I don’t use Couchsurfing — or any other platform — as a dating app. I’m here for genuine cultural exchange, conscious connection, meaningful conversations, and shared experiences rooted in mutual respect.

If you’re hosting me, I kindly ask that you do so without any romantic or physical expectations. I truly appreciate safe, open-hearted environments where everyone feels free to just be themselves — no pressure, no hidden agendas.

Thank you so much for understanding and respecting this boundary. 🙏 It makes all the difference in creating a beautiful, trust-based exchange.
