About Me
Hello! I work as a Business Analyst in the Information Technology sector. I live in Istanbul, but I spend part of the year in Ayvalık. So depending on where I am, I enjoy hosting guests in either city.
I speak Turkish and a little bit of English. I’m also trying to improve my English through practice.
I’m a calm person who loves traveling and discovering new places. I really enjoy cultural exchange and meeting new people around the world.
Istanbul — Tuzla
I live in a one-bedroom apartment. For short stays, you can use the sofa in the living room. The location is a bit far from the city center, but it's only a 15-minute walk from the Marmaray station, which provides access to all the city's major attractions. You can use the kitchen.
Ayvalık — May to October
I stay in a central home in Ayvalık. I can provide a separate room for you. 3 minutes to the seaside, 1 minute to public transportation — everywhere is easy to reach!
I might be busy on weekdays due to work, so I may not be able to accompany you around the city.
But on weekends, exploring the city together is definitely possible! 😄

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Meeting new people, sharing cultures
Music, Movies, and Books
I love exploring the music of different cultures. Sometimes I gravitate toward calm, sometimes energetic music. Although, I do listen to '90s Turkish music :) Buray and Sıla are among the singers who enjoy singing these days.
I love films that tell true stories. Turkish films and popular science fiction. I also enjoy Indian films like PK, Yerdeki Yıldızlar, and Dangal.
I read whenever I have time. I love books about real-life events. Lately, I've been reading books about the Population Exchange.
