Hi, my name is Mette, I'm half Dutch, Half Danish, bilingual but always lived in the Netherlands. At the moment I just started a master Landscape architecture at the TU Delft (It's time consuming, but I like it a lot).

Interests

I like to experience as much as possible. Last year I joined a Survival association, training for mud races, climbing, bush crafting, hiking and enjoying being outdoors :). I have a driving & diving license and I am practicing for a motorbike. Although it's on a hold at the moment, I love playing saxophone and sing.

Music, Movies, and Books

That depends, Last year we went to Rock Werchter (And it was awesome), but I enjoy a classical concert in the Concertgebouw just as much. I like music,movies & books with the genre between rock,fantasy & good stories. I liked for example the series of Enders game and Raymond E. Feist a lot. The next book I want to read is: The beagle's diary.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The Expedition to Svalbard I joined was one of the tough, but extraordinary experiences. The night shift watching for polar bears 3 a.m. in the morning with the sun in the sky is a odd, silence but beautiful moment.
