ABOUT ME

I'm an Exercise Physiologist, I love cycling and I love research. So I ended working in a lab, doing research on sports and exercise sciences. On my free time i like travelling with my bike, it's a nice and fumes-free way to discover the world!

PHILOSOPHY

I don't believe in leaders and unified thoughts, I think that everyone should take care of themselves -without being selfish- and leave others alone!
I believe in sharing and trying to make other people's life easier and happier.

Travelling, getting to know other people and other cultures.
Running, trekking, biking, horse riding, playing and listening to music, hanging out with friends.
I love going to the tops of the mountains but I'm kind of afraid of hights so I sometimes have a hard time mountaineering... haha.

Physical Activity knowledge (diet, how to keep a healthy life, wellness, you know... all that stuff).
I play the Spanish guitar!
I can cook pretty well... and eat a lot!
I have some basic knowledge of photography...
I can take care of horses and know how to ride them :D (I've always worked in an equestrian centre)
