I’m a Tunisian living in Amsterdam, currently doing a traineeship as a data analyst. I love exploring new places, meeting people from different backgrounds, and having both deep and lighthearted conversations over coffee.
I’d say I’m an easygoing and curious person who enjoys discovering hidden gems in the city—whether it’s a cozy café, a scenic bike route, or a cool cultural event. I’m always up for trying new hobbies or activities, whether it’s a random sport, a creative workshop, or just something fun and different.

I’m on Couchsurfing because I love connecting with people from different backgrounds and experiencing new places through the eyes of locals. My first Couchsurfing experience in the USA was amazing—it showed me that travel isn’t just about sightseeing, but also about the people you meet and the stories you share.
I enjoy meaningful conversations, cultural exchange, and discovering hidden gems that I wouldn’t find in a guidebook. For me, Couchsurfing is a great way to meet open-minded people, learn from different perspectives, and make travel more personal and enriching.

Interests

I'm passionate about traveling and eager to explore new places while connecting with like-minded people. Hiking and camping allow me to immerse myself in nature and appreciate its beauty.

I also have a deep love for animals, especially cats and dogs—they bring me so much joy, and caring for them is even part of my job at a veterinary clinic.

Art fascinates me in all its forms. I love watching people create, and though I’m still a beginner at drawing/painting , I find it incredibly relaxing.

Trying new food is another adventure I enjoy—every dish tells a story.

Ultimately, everything I do is about collecting meaningful memories along the way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first time I tried Couchsurfing was when I was in the USA, and it was an incredible experience! It really showed me the power of connecting with people from different backgrounds and sharing experiences. When I returned to Tunisia, I had the chance to host friends I met there, which was just as rewarding. I also love meeting up with other travelers in Tunisia, showing them around, and sharing a bit of my culture. These experiences have made me appreciate the beauty of spontaneous connections and the kindness of strangers!
