About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To meet people from all over the world
ABOUT ME
I'm a bit of a travel addict- low budget, high adventure style. If I'm not on the move I'm planning my next move. I love meeting new and original people. I also like cooking (vegetarian-aly) especially cupboard experiments. I spend my free time in activism groups, sewing, dancing, cycling, knitting, cooking, reading and partying. I love a good chat and think I make interesting company but I'm very self sufficient so will not be in any host's way if they are too busy for giggles. I also have a good ability to sleep on uncomfortable surfaces in noisy environments eg. marble airport floors.
PHILOSOPHY
My personal belief is that if you tell the truth as much as possible things can't go too badly wrong and if you treat others how you wish to be treated you'll be pretty happy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I had many couch surfers in my little den a few years ago, which was great fun. Now I plan to spend my brownie points surfing.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've had a lot of great couchsurfers and learnt a lot. I have couchsurfed in Stockholm and the USA so far.
P.S this is not a dating site. I am not interested in anyone other than my boyfriend.
Interests
New things. Literally pretty much anything. The only things i can think of that i don't find very interesting are horses, medieval history and very difficult novels (and grammar). If you have passion about something you can very likely get me interested in it.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love documentaries or beautiful cinematography and interesting character explorations in films. I very much dislike sci-fi and fantasy films. I like all sorts of music but mainly stuff from the 50s, super bassy stuff, jazz, classical piano and Bollywood (not in the same songs). I like reading travel writing, factual books (including the odd textbook) and engaging modern fiction.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent the summer of 2012 in the Amazon jungle which was pretty special.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have travelled quite a bit - inc interailled around Europe, cycled the Austrian part of the Danube, did a loop of India - so i can share experiences. I'm also a biology graduate so i can always chat about that.
As you can probably guess i'm a learning sponge so if you want to teach me anything i'd be happy to learn.
Things on my agenda to learn in the not too distant future: Get better at spanish, sailing, keeping houseplants alive and making dresses. Learn an instrument and how to fix my bike.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A general enthusiasm for life.
