About Me

CURRENT MISSION

experience the world and make stuff

ABOUT ME

I've lived and travelled all over the world, and just moved to LA two years ago to start film school at USC. I decided to transfer to Tisch and so spent last summer in costa rica, came back, made another short and am now making my way back to nyc. I love to make films and have made a bunch of shorts over the years. My last one played at the SXSW film festival which was really fun and a great experience. I'm looking forward to getting back to new york and do some more traveling over the next couple years.... maybe make some films in other parts of the world..... I'm looking forward to it!

ps for those of you familiar with the lower east side, I also used to bartend at pianos back in the day.....

PHILOSOPHY

embracing life

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

A friend of mine reconnected with me through couchsurfing a couple years ago when I lived in Austin. Him and his buddy crashed on my couch and it was such a great experience, I thought I'd give it a shot.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've actually only surfed on one person's couch so far and that was a couple years ago, but it was a pretty incredible experience and I'm hoping to do it again.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I climbed to the top of a huge peek in the Carpathian mountain range in Romania, surrounded by clouds, only to come back down to realize that my big hulking bag with everything I had in it got stolen during my hike. It was the best thing that happened to me! After that I hitchhiked deep into Turkey, through the Greek Islands, through Macedonia, the former Yugoslavia, Croatia, Germany and the Netherlands, and back down to Paris, with nothing but a backpack that could compress down to the size of a football or two. Its an amazing way to travel!
