ABOUT ME

Always positive. Open to new experiences and new lifestyles. Friends find it odd that I dip my toe in every aspect of life, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

If I interact solely with people who hold my values, I would never change, and I like change.

PHILOSOPHY

I live to enjoy my life. In doing so, I have created friends whom I love. Part of my enjoyment comes from seeing they are happy as well. I love making peoples' days brighter and showing them that I think of them as an individual person. This could be the barista at the local coffeeshop or the bank teller. Sounds corny, but I LOVE spreading positive vibes, and I love even more when someone similar responds.

I've never done this before, but I'm interested in CSing and helping out wherever I stay.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not had CS experiences through this site yet, but I have stayed with friends and friends of friends/family, and I love it.

兴趣

Everything! Anything. Fencing, rock climbing, chess, reading, running! Flowers! Snowmen. Horses and riding them. Hiking, backpacking, gardening (though I'd like to learn more on the subject-I'm a novice!), coffee. Bars and playing pool. Fireplaces and cider. Backpacking and anything wilderness therapy related. Mindfulness and yoga. Apparently I'm a bit of a hippie and a dirtbag and probably a little bit of a hipster. And definitely not uptight or pretentious!

I like to cook inspired (what's in the cabinet? Okay, let's do it!). I have been a snowboard instructor and shipping clerk, a wilderness therapy guide and a janitor.

If you start a philosophical or abstract conversation about nearly anything when I'm on the way out the door I will have the hardest time getting to where I need to go.

I LOVE bouncing ideas about life back and forth with people.
