About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To learn, experience and adventure! To grow and continually evolve.

ABOUT ME

I really value genuineness and so I try to be as true to myself as possible, so that I can be true to others. I love making people laugh - there isn't anything that feels better than that. I love reading and learning and thinking and discussing things, and I also love being goofy and ridiculous. I like relaxing and also traveling and exploring. I love telling stories. I really love not just meeting new people, but getting past the initial awkward phase and really getting to know them, and being myself around them. I love animals, especially dogs. I like waking up early and feeling like I really get a lot out of the day, but that doesn't happen very often, voluntarily :o) My favorite season is autumn.

PHILOSOPHY

I think that life is about growing and changing. Nothing is permanent, and so learning to accept that nothing will stay the same is life's greatest challenge, but also the most exhilarating part of living.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have recently gotten interested in the Enneagram - it's a fascinating explanation of personality types, and it is a really good tool for introspection and to help understand yourself and your tendencies. I recommend a book by Renee Baron and Elizabeth Wagele called "The Enneagram Made Easy". It is easy to use and has really good and interesting insights about each number. I think this stuff is really cool, so if you're interested or have heard about the Enneagram already - check out this book!
