ABOUT ME

I was born in the wrong decade, but I'm perfectly happy in this one. I have a penchant for vintage vehicles, dark ales, and cozy pubs. I love travelling (obviously) and people of all walks of life. I've stayed in squats and fine hotels, and felt just as comfortable in each. My favorite pastime consists of sitting, drinking, and learning from the person across from me. I'm always up for an adventure. If you're a reasonable person, I promise we will get along.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

If you stay with me, you will have the opportunity to:

A. Discover that Houston is much more than a blisteringly hot paved swamp.

B. Gain several pounds. Houston has some of the best food in the world - seriously!

C. Ride around Houston in my sweet vintage motorcycle sidecar (Or my proper car, if you're a sissy).

D. Sit around and drink beers with some of the coolest nerds/engineers/medical students around (aka my friends).

E. Possibly hang out at my family's cattle ranch near Austin. You can look at cows, swim in the river, shoot guns, drive around drunk chasing hogs, or anything else your inner redneck desires.

You will (probably) not:

A. Hang out with a bunch of douche-bags

B. Convince me to take you clubbing (unless you're a cute girl, in which case I'll probably take you wherever you want)

C. Contract malaria
