ABOUT ME

My name is Mark and I reside in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am one of the premiere Personal Trainers & Power Yoga teachers for Google/YouTube as well the on-site yoga/fitness trainer at various private startups, spas and wellness centers in and around SF.

Besides staying active and fit, I enjoy the arts. Music, performance, photography... pretty much anything creative and artistic.

PHILOSOPHY

Greatness exists in all of us. Kind of like the way treeness exists in an acorn. Perhaps every single acorn doesn’t become a tree but the potential to grow is ALWAYS there.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been involved in fitness and athletic sports from a very young age. I've participated with numerous organizations under multiple disciplines in activities such as yoga, kickboxing, basketball, rockclimbing, wrestling, baseball, gymnastics, jiu-jitsu and parkour. He also has years of professional training in various movement styles including hip hop, house, lindy, jazz and modern dance.
