ABOUT ME

I work full time, during the day, as an Architectural Technologist and I teach yoga most evenings. I spend a lot of time with my friends and family. I usually jam pack my weekends with different events and always look forward to a laid back weekend... But when it comes down to it, I just end up keeping busy!

I am an outgoing person, I like to consider myself a friendly person as well :) I like to think I can usually find common ground with most people and, for the most part, get along with all sorts of people.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe everything happens for a reason and that if something is meant to be, it'll happen.. Just in general, things usually have a way of working out in the end!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have yet to surf on any couches, but I have hosted a couple times and also met couchsurfers for drinks! So far it's all been a great experience!

兴趣

I have many interests and I am always looking to experience new things!

I have been playing indoor and outdoor soccer since I was about 9 years old. I love to run and have recently took an interest in training for triathlons!

I love to practice and teach yoga.

I love to dance, sing and play guitar. I used to play in bands and have been itching to get back into it.

I love to travel and meet new people along the way. Lately I've been getting into the whole "working holiday" trend. A couple summers ago I lived/worked/traveled through Grenada on a leatherback sea turtle conservation project. Last summer I went traveling to Iceland to work on a wilderness conservation project.

I like to hike in the summer and snowboard in the winter.

I'm very active so I'm always up for some sort of exercise!

I have a very open mind when it comes to music, some of my favorites are: Cuff the Duke, Matt Costa, Damien Rice, Missy Higgins, Amos Lee, Said the Whale, Alexi Murdoch, Arcade Fire, Hannah Georgas, Jeremy Fisher, Radiohead, The Kooks, Hawskley Workman, Hey Ocean, Jewel, Ben Harper... So much more!
