ABOUT ME

I'm a sociable guy always up for a laugh whatever's happening, and i like to be fairly easygoing about life. love to meet new people and have a good time, especially when backpacking! (which i am now).

I love to surf and ski/snowboard (although they are expensive hobbies) and have just taken up diving (i'm in Koh Tao). I also like most kinds of music, and am open to most new experiences (within reason), preferably an extreme sport.

but more than anything i love to meet cool people and make new friends so will always meet just about anyone!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well just getting started and i'm currently backpacking, so just looking to make new friends as i see the world. but would love to host for people one day back home.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

so far i've just me the two couchsurfers but they have both been ubersociable, really cool guys, so i'm egar to get involved.

Interests

As i said before, extreme sports, music (listening to and playing), movies, art, BBQ food, and anything new. oh and of course the pub/partying.

i studied Psychology and Philosophy at University so i must have interest in that too.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies - everything from Amelie to Jurassic park. i looove the movies.
Music - classic 70s rock, bob dylan, Bowie, some Classical, some new indy music.
books- really like wuthering heights, the catcher in the rye, the outsider, and reading the fantastic voyage at the moment which is pretty cool.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

well been travelling quite a bit before around europe, USA and China; and on this trip so far ive been to the west of India and around S.E. Asia. so many amazing things.

Some highlights - Diving in Koh Tao (just did that), great wall of china, Taj Mahal, Xi An, Niagra Falls etc....

Teach, Learn, Share

If there is a beach nearby i'm more than happy to teach anyone how to surf. i'm not amazing but i think i can get most people standing on a board and enjoying themselves. otherwise many other minor skills i could exchange from my interests. knowledge/opinions etc
