About Me
Hi! I'm about to finish my masters degree in microbiology. I'm not sure what I want to do next so I'm taking some time to travel and meet new people. I'm excited and a little nervous about where life is gonna take me next. When I travel I love to go hiking and explore natural areas. I also have to add in visiting some cultural areas and some partying at night :) . Typically I'm pretty easygoing and enjoy a variety of experiences. When I'm not travelling I'm frequently planning events with my friends or at home knitting with my cat.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to start traveling more, so learning about new people and cultures through Couchsurfing seems like a great way to do so. I’ve gotten in a bit of a bubble in the last few years just going to university and having my routine so I wanna shake things up with new experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love to read sci-fi and fantasy books. For tv and movies I prefer horror but don't watch a ton. I love to see live music of really any genre. But for streaming music I mostly listen to different genres of rock, indie, and metal. Of course theres other stuff I listen to but it changes regularly.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Honestly my biggest accomplishment is about to be getting my masters degree. Probably what I'm most proud of.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach others to knit, I want to learn about anything, and I want to share my experiences and thoughts on life. Last bit sounds a little pretentious but I'm trying to find some new goals in life and enjoy discussing why people do what they do and how they decide.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm willing to help out with cooking while I'm visiting, share stories about my life, and be a listener for your own stories.
