Hi everyone, my name is Mia. I am a student in the US, who is studying abroad in Thessaloniki, Greece. I'm a history major and double minor in political science and secondary education--I'm here to finish up my political science minor.

I'm a very social and outgoing person. So of course, I love to go out and meet new people, whether that means meeting up for coffee or going to a party. I also am very positive and try to find the best in all situations. (:

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While I'm abroad I'm planning to travel as much as my wallet will let me and this is a great way to meet new people and make friends while traveling. In addition, I crave the authentic European experience when I travel, and you can't always get that from hotels and hostels.
