I grow up in Beijing, China and I’ve been living in the US for three years. I study quantitative social science and music at Dartmouth College.

While I spend most of my time in the year in rural New Hampshire, I try to travel as much as possible. So far, I’ve been to 31 countries, mainly those on the ancient Silk Road.

I’m interested in post-socialist landscape (both physical and social), folk belief practices, and the political economy.

I played drums in an all-female punk band! I also do music production and write songs.
I spent a whole spring studying music production in London.
