Music - just about anything and everything. I play ukulele and guitar, so jamming in person with friends is my absolute favorite. My spotify is all over the place -- artsy folksy stuff, pop-ish stuff, trashy 80s workout playlists, old school hip hop, cinematic/instrumental stuff, classic rock.

Books - I tend to read a lot of non-fiction books in psychology, medicine, public policy, and biology, but I love storytelling and fiction, too.

Movies - I love all things Marvel, and have watched the original star wars trilogy about 6000 times. I'm a sucker for Pixar movies, too.

- Traveled backwards in time (kinda) flying from Moscow to Helsinki. Time zones are great!
- Taken a solo roadtrip all across the US for a few months, from Portland, ME to Portland, OR
- Gotten injured in the mountains & then ran into a bear
- Survived the whole bear experience
