Hi! I'm Mica, 25 years old, originally from Argentina and currently living in Málaga, Spain. I work remotely, which gives me the amazing freedom to travel with my laptop and explore the world while working — and I try to make the most of it!

I absolutely love traveling, meeting people from different backgrounds, and getting to know new cultures through everyday life, good conversations, and of course… food! I’m a big fan of cooking and eating — especially when it comes to discovering new flavors and local dishes.

I’m an open-minded person who enjoys sharing moments and ideas. I love deep conversations, spontaneous plans, dancing, reading, playing sports, going out to party sometimes — but I also really enjoy quiet plans and chill nights.

Couchsurfing, for me, is all about connection. I love the idea of sharing not just space, but also stories, laughs, meals, music, and those small details that make travel so much more than just sightseeing.

For me, traveling is much more than just visiting places — it’s about connecting with people, learning from local perspectives, and sharing simple, meaningful moments.

I love using Couchsurfing because it gives me the chance to experience a city through the eyes of someone who lives there. I think that’s the best way to truly understand a culture — through daily habits, personal stories, and those little things you’d never find in a guidebook.

Whether it’s sharing a home-cooked meal, a beer or a glass of wine, or just a good conversation, I believe those are the memories that stay with you the longest.

I’m really into rock, jazz, country, and blues — but I’m always open to discovering new music and love when people share their favorite songs or artists with me.

When it comes to books, I’m especially drawn to topics like sociology and psychology, but I’m happy to read anything someone passionately recommends — I love when a book comes with a personal story behind it.

As for movies, I’m a big fan of thrillers — the kind that keep you hooked until the very last second. I also love films that leave you thinking, spark deep conversations, or have multiple layers of meaning. I enjoy that feeling of finishing a movie and then spending hours analyzing it with whoever watched it with me.

I spent time in a small rural village in northern Argentina, organizing activities for kids and supporting local families — it was a humbling and unforgettable experience.

At 19, I backpacked solo across Europe, which challenged me in the best way and sparked my love for travel and independence.

And one of the most amazing (and personal) things I’ve done: I moved to a new country on my own. Now I’m happily settled, working remotely, and surrounded by beautiful people who feel like home.
