De momento estoy en Punta del Este, vine a pasar la temporada, buscar trabajo, ir a la playa, aprender a caminar con el termo abajo del brazo. Los ultimos meses viaje por costa rica y colombia, reme entre manglares, pase cuatro dias en la selva, recolecte cafe en una finca cafetera y nade entre noctilucas!

I am traveling to France and I wish to spend a year there. Mainly to learn the language and the culture. This time and for the first time in my life I will not go backpacking, sine my goal is to stay for long periods of time in one place.

LANGUAGE- my first language is spanish and i am an english teacher. I love learning and teaching about language phonetics, pronounciation and grammar. I consider myself a language nerd. At the moment im working on bettering my french pronounciation.

COOKING- I have learnt most of my cooking skills from other travellers and i am committed to growing that knowledge and passing it on to other travellers.

HANGING OUT- Parks are the perfect hangout spot for me, specially during warm summer days. The most important part for me is sharing "mate", a warm south american beverage. I can teach you all about it and its tradition and culture.

ARTS- Art, architecture, museums and theatres are some of my main interests, I am also a debutant opera singer and I am committed in learning more about art history. I am also in constant search for new music and music artists. Some of my go-to genres are lofi, folklore, tango, metal and jazz.

CAFE- I am a barista and cafes are my safe space. We can find a nice coffee spot, I enjoy filming them and making a video about it which i can later post on my coffee-instagram account

As someone with a serious case of backpacking addiction, Couchsurfing is a great spot for like-minded people to meet and share our experiences. Hospitality is the backbone of a more toletant society and a more equal world.

Interests

Campfires and camping are a super nice outdoors activity.
Sailing and being near water are two super healing experiences.
I'd like to experience living on a farm, and I'd love to get to know the animals there better.
I know some basic cooking, my favourite recipes are dan-dan noodles and chocotorta.
French is now my third target languagr and I'd love to practice it more often.
Books are a great source of imagination, most of them made me laugh, cry and rejoy. I am also a big manga reader.
I love singing and playing the ukulele, and I can never remember the chords to the songs I like so I just make up new ones.
