I’m in the journey of self knowledge through the practice of yoga and meditation and different energy psychology techniques that are now important parts of my life. I am a journalist that worked in the industry for many years in the US and Mexico border region, unfortunately being a journalist in Mexico is not the safest or best paid career choice. I took over my family business in a little mining town in Sonora, Mexico. I discovered yoga and meditation 3 years ago and since then I have surrendered to It completely. I’m in continuous learning mode and enjoy every minute of the journey.

My favorite books are all the works of Dr Bruce Lipton, Joe Dispensa, Abraham Hicks, Autobiography of a Yogi, and BKS Iyengar works.

I love all music specially live, I used to be a music journalist as well and enjoyed music festivals all over the world. I love mantra chants.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I’ve spent 6 months traveling through India engaging in Seva (selfless service) in different Ashrams and was fortunate to experience 2019’s Kumbamela in Allahabad. 2 months of the biggest spiritual celebration in the world with more than 54 million people coming together to dip in the triveni (the union of three sacred rivers in India, Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati) and bathe in the nectar of immortality. Amazing experience!
