Born in Zimbabwe. Lived most of my life in South Africa, but also UK, Egypt and Yemen. Studied African History and Politics at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg and a Masters at Oxford University. Currently a journalist in Johannesburg. Avid traveler.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I couch surf as often as possible whilst also seeking to give travelers an insiders perspective of a vibrant, fascinating and rapidly changing city - my hometown of Joburg.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed quite extensively and have only had pleasant and insightful experiences. I have also had the pleasure of hosting and helping out travelers in Johannesburg.
