About Me
I like to define myself by talking about everything except my education. I'm a software engineer, but I do this only to earn money. I think a real person defines himself by other things than his job. So.... I'm a basketball player, I do a little body-building. I like to read, but I LOVE to write. I have some ongoing books (one about fantasy, the other about a dark story taking place in Liège) that I hope I will finish one day. I'm learning the piano by myself, thanks to Synthesia. I love to play board games (Hanabi, 7 wonders, ...). I like to go out, have a chat in a café with a beer, or playing pool. I do a little meditation, and I hope that one day I will have the will to do it 20 minutes every day :)
I consider myself as an optimistic guy, always ready to help and to share good moments.
I live in my house at a 5min drive from the Liège-Guillemins station (where I can pick you up), and I have an empty room i'm not using. For the time being, I can provide a sofa that transforms into a nice bed. Several people used it and slept till noon :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A friend of mine advised me this website because I plan to do a city-trip across Europe. When I saw that I could accept guests, I realize it was a great opportunity to meet interesting people.
As a guest:
I can pick you up at the Liège-Guillemins station.
You can use my room only to sleep, or we can spend the night together (at home, or in the city).
As I've never accepted anyone for now, I would prefer it would be for one night only, so I can see how it goes. During the week, I leave the house at 9am, and I ask the guests to leave with me. I come back at 6pm. During the week-end, I cannot say, but I prefer for the guests to leave the house when i'm not there. Of course, nothing forbids to share activities together.
