Overview
About Me
I grew up in Buffalo, NY and found my voice early in music and film. After studying directing and vocal performance in Chicago, I spent nearly a decade there before life opened outward, first to Stockholm, Berlin, and Amsterdam. I eventually made the move to Lyon, where I’ve lived since 2019, though travel still feels like home.
These days my work weaves together creativity, spirituality, and technology; projects that blend art, coaching, and innovation. I’m happiest in good conversation, whether it’s over a meal, a walk, or a late-night playlist.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For me, Couchsurfing is a kind of cultural poetry, strangers becoming storytellers under the same roof. I really enjoy meeting people who move through the world with curiosity, kindness, and a good sense of humor.
Travel can get expensive, but connection doesn’t have to be. It just feels good to open your door, share a meal, or swap stories in a way that makes the world feel smaller. I’m always curious about how people live, what they love, and how they see things from where they stand.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music
My playlists drift between eras; from dream pop, gems from the last century (I'll forever be married to the '80s), cinematic soundscapes and warm electronica.
Recent favorites include Slowdive, Simple Minds, ICEHOUSE, Peter Godwin, The Blue Nile, Melody’s Echo Chamber, Cocteau Twins, Men I Trust, Peggy Lee, The Chameleons, Roxy Music, Beach House, Portishead, Todd Rundgren, and Jean Sibelius.
Sounds that feel luminous yet haunted, vintage textures with modern clarity; the kind of music you’d play at twilight on a long train ride.
