About Me

I’ve got space for one adventurous soul on my couch. It’s not the Ritz, but it’s comfy enough if you bring a sleeping bag—think of it as indoor camping with Wi-Fi.

I live in the sunny south of Munich, just a hop, skip, and a train ride from both the S-Bahn and U-Bahn. Super easy to get around (unless you’re lost—then I’ll help. Probably.)

Important heads-up: in the summer, I enjoy a clothing-optional lifestyle at home. Yep, I like to be naked. If that’s a dealbreaker, I totally understand—just wanted to be upfront!

By day (and sometimes night), I’m a physicist. But I also work part-time in a cocktail bar—so whether you’re into quantum mechanics or mojitos, I’ve got you covered.

Bonus points if you speak Spanish! I’m learning and would love to practice—errors guaranteed, laughs included.

Looking forward to hosting curious, open-minded folks!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that is the best way to get to know the people and the culture of foreign countries. As a couch surfer you are not a tourist you are more like a visiting friend.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just one week ago, a woman had a kind of stroke in the grocery store. She just fell over. I tried to help her and turned her to the side, so that she won't choke, if she throws up. The store manager called the ambulance. I was with the woman at least 5 minutes, talking to her, trying to calm her. In the beginning she did not hear or understand anything. She was just shaking. When she came back, I managed that she kept on the floor, as her head was bleeding. I was talking to her, asking her name and telling her mine and so on.
I do not know if that is an amazing thing, but I was the only one in this busy grocery store helping that woman. After the ambulance arrived the quite young store manager thanked me very much and said that he could not have done that.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am very good in mathematics and physics. I can explain complex technical mechanisms quite easily. I can work very well with computers. So if you have a computer problem, I am your guy.
